1. Hard drive boot sectors are not scanned: if option "drive boot sectors" is selected as the object to be scanned only removable drives' sectors are scanned. If the entire hard drive is selected, the boot sector is not scanned either.

3. Error of recognition phrases from the Anti-Spam black list in the html format message body in the Japanese language.

4. Erroneous removal of Microsoft Outlook Express user's rules if there is a large number of such rules.

5. Loss or corruption of the password in the application's policy in case of working in MMC under a non-superuser account.

6. Events are received repeatedly after restarting of Kaspersky Administration Kit with application's self-protection enabled.

Known problems:

1. Disinfection of e-mail databases in pst format attached to a message is not supported.

2. After work in the advanced disinfection mode to prevent an active infection, links to deleted infected files may remain in the registry in some cases.

3. Application of defined settings in Microsoft Internet Explorer functions incorrectly if different proxy servers are specified for various protocols.

4. VBA macro monitoring: APIFUNCTION macro execution has been disabled.

5. In some cases the subject of a message does not change in the Microsoft Office Outlook AutoPreview window if it is open and spam is detected.

6. When upgrading the application from version 5.0 to version 6.0, the operation of importing Quarantine objects can take a long time in case if Quarantine contains a large number of objects. You are advised to wait until the end of operation, without interrupting Setup Wizard.

10.
